Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor oversees assemblers, group leaders, and test technicians to ensure production output meets schedule and testing requirements. Responsibilities include planning daily assembly tasks, supervising and training staff, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen. The role also involves hands‑on assistance with sub‑assembly and final assembly tasks, as well as data reporting on productivity and quality.
