Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor leads a shift team of up to 11 Operations Technicians at the Lake Charles Polymers site, ensuring safe, efficient production of on‑spec products while maintaining regulatory compliance. The role involves coordinating with specialists, engineers, maintenance, and project personnel, handling troubleshooting, corrective actions, and emergency shutdowns, and fostering team development on a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule.
