Operations Supervisor

Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Weinberg Housing and Resource Center is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient functioning of a low-barrier emergency shelter serving over 275 adults nightly. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff and volunteers, coordinating maintenance and security, and implementing policies to support high-quality client services.
