Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor leads day-to-day activities across multimodal transportation, supply chain, and contract logistics operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of core service processes. This role provides direct leadership to frontline associates while driving productivity, adherence to standard work, and continuous improvement to support customer commitments and operational excellence goals. The position is accountable for operational performance, safety, quality, and customer service within the assigned function, area, or shift.
