Operations Supervisor

This role manages daily staffing and vehicle requirements to ensure all scheduled transit service is fully covered and operates on time. The position builds and adjusts schedules, monitors extra board and overtime usage, and responds to last-minute staffing or operational changes to prevent missed trips or service interruptions. It collaborates closely with operations staff on work assignments, vehicle deployment, detours, and system issues, while maintaining strong partnerships with employees, union leadership, and other departments.
