Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor oversees daily departmental operations and personnel management, ensuring production targets for fill weight, counts, and yields are met. This role involves training team members on proper procedures, safety, and sanitation while maintaining close collaboration with the Quality Assurance Department. The supervisor is responsible for monitoring material usage, generating daily production reports, and enforcing company policies regarding GMPs and HACCP.
