The specialist must balance operational efficiency with exceptional customer service to ensure accurate resolution of product cancellations and refund requests.

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer contacts regarding product cancellations
Process refund checks and stop payments with high accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure all customer interactions comply with FDCPA and state/federal regulations
