Operations Systems Analyst

The Operations Systems Analyst leads and enables the execution of department-level and cross-functional initiatives while supporting and managing systems and related technical projects for various operational business units. The role involves reviewing current practices and technical specifications to support business objectives, documenting requirements, updating procedures, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve systems issues. Incumbents will manage special projects and conduct required testing, including integration, end-to-end, regression, and user-acceptance testing for highly-regulated, time-sensitive processing systems.
