Operations Team Lead

This role serves as the primary point of contact for the Operations Team, including Warehouse, Counter, and Mobile Service Teams, ensuring harmonious operations, administration, distribution, and sales functions at the branch location. Acting as a first line of defense for the Branch Manager, the position oversees daily operations and serves as the main contact in the manager's absence. The role involves supporting branch directives, facilitating production scheduling, and coordinating with sales and customers to meet order requirements.
