Operations Team Lead

The Operations Team Lead provides day-to-day coordination and hands-on support for a defined shift and group of frontline employees within a logistics warehouse or multimodal transportation terminal. This role ensures workflows, safety procedures, and SOPs are consistently followed to meet daily targets and KPIs while prioritizing tasks and allocating labor and equipment. The position plays a key role in training, work quality monitoring, and supporting operational continuity under the guidance of an Operations Supervisor or Manager.
