Operations Technician – 2nd or 3rd Shift

The Operations Technician at Lipton Teas and Infusions is responsible for operating and maintaining primary and secondary tea packaging equipment, conveyors, and palletizing systems on the 2nd or 3rd shift. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the role focuses on changeovers, troubleshooting, autonomous maintenance, safety compliance, and training team members while supporting plant KPI goals.
