Operations Trainee

This entry-level position involves training in the manufacturing processes of aircraft within a team environment under direct supervision. The role focuses on performing structural assembly operations, including fitting detail parts, drilling, and riveting using basic mechanic hand tools. The individual will learn to read work orders, blueprints, and specification sheets to determine the sequence of operations and work requirements. As experience is gained, the position requires decreasing supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
