Operations Training & Development Specialist

The Operations Training & Development Specialist assesses organizational training needs and independently develops, implements, and improves company-wide learning programs to support safe operations, employee competency, and leadership development. This multi-site role partners with various departments to establish learning priorities, curricula, and Train-the-Trainer programs while requiring regular travel to all company locations. The position focuses on creating structured training paths, managing a Learning Management System, and delivering hands-on training to ensure consistent work practices and operational effectiveness.
