Operations

This role is a member of the facility leadership team responsible for driving lean implementation, Six Sigma projects, planning, capacity planning, and logistics administration. The position focuses on improving key performance metrics such as fill rate, on-time delivery, quality, safety, and cost efficiency while representing the company professionally to customers, suppliers, and the community. The role may require working non-traditional hours to meet customer needs and involves leading continuous improvement initiatives and autonomous maintenance teams.
