The position involves providing feedback on individual performance, coordinating department resources, and assisting with budget planning and expense management. It requires communicating daily plans, addressing production issues, and monitoring bottlenecks to ensure operational efficiency. The role also involves tracking time for new product introductions and serving as the primary contact for scrap situations.
