About this role

The role is a 2nd‑shift (Monday‑Thursday, 3:30 pm‑1:30 am) entry‑level position that provides a three‑week classroom training followed by on‑the‑job training to develop skills in setting up and operating NC milling/grinding machines, vertical turret lathes, and related equipment. Participants will learn to read work instructions, verify part dimensions, perform preventive maintenance, and obtain certification to accept or reject parts in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate NC milling and grinding machines
Verify finished work against specifications using precision instruments
Perform total preventive maintenance on machining equipment
