Operator Apprentice 1

PCA is seeking a Production Operator Apprentice to work across departments of its paper mill, gaining hands-on experience with machinery, heavy equipment, and raw materials in a safety-focused environment. This entry-level role involves rotating day/night shifts and includes training to eventually become a 'C' Operator. Candidates will collaborate on emergency response teams and participate in rigorous testing and board interviews as part of the hiring process.
