Operator-Call Center

The Operator-Call Center role handles phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, assisting staff, patients, providers, and the general public with information, directions, and routing calls to appropriate departments. This position serves as the central call center for all NEA Baptist clinics, managing incoming and internal calls, taking messages, and maintaining updated call lists. The role also involves assisting patients with finding appropriate providers and locations, as well as maintaining sign-in books and visitor badges.
