Operator – Complex Compounding

The Operator – Complex Compounding is responsible for the manufacture of bulk sterile products, including dispensing, compounding, and filtrating, to support the fill-finish department. This role ensures high-quality pharma product batches are produced while adhering to cleanroom SOPs, cGMP standards, and health and safety procedures. The position involves equipment setup, basic maintenance assistance, and troubleshooting process issues to meet site performance targets.
