About this role
The Lead Operator - Fire Officer (Captain/Lieutenant HSE) is a member of Lilly’s Health, Safety, and Environmental team responsible for leading and coordinating the on-site emergency response team at the new Lebanon, IN API manufacturing facility. This role is part of the 24/7 shift staff supporting startup into GMP manufacturing operations and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders including medical, security, and local emergency organizations. The position contributes to emergency preparedness, site safety programs, and readiness activities while supporting inspections, maintenance, and training when not responding to incidents.
