Operator / Phone Agent

This role involves directing phone calls to appropriate personnel and assisting guests and associates in a courteous and professional manner at the Omni Bedford Springs Resort. The position requires maintaining high standards of personal appearance, answering incoming calls using proper protocols, and handling guest requests including maintenance and wake-up calls. The team member will also assist with guest check-outs, billing inquiries, and front office tasks while demonstrating knowledge of hotel amenities and emergency procedures.
