Operator Trainee

The Operator Trainee will work independently and with other personnel to safely maintain and operate equipment and processes at the Rodeo Refinery, handling hazardous materials under high temperature and pressure. This role involves monitoring operations, performing safety reviews, and participating in emergency response teams to ensure safe and efficient production rates. The position requires adherence to strict safety protocols and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
