Operator Visual Inspection 80-100%

As an Operator Visual Inspection at Lonza's new Fill-Finish facility in Stein, you will perform manual and semi-automated visual inspections of liquid and lyophilized vials and syringes in a controlled cleanroom environment. This role supports the transition to fully automated processes while ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines during project phases and routine production. You will classify defects, conduct regular qualification runs, support root cause analysis for deviations, and maintain an uncompromising approach to quality and safety.
