Operator

The Operator monitors automated traffic management systems and processes incoming traffic data in a 24/7/365 environment to determine the content and priority of traffic reports. This role serves as the principal contact for various agencies and the public, requiring effective communication with emergency service personnel and transportation officials. The position involves maintaining radio and telephone communications, watching CCTV monitors, and providing written reports as needed.
