Operator

This role involves leading the operation of extrusion lines, including blown film or coater lines, by managing changeovers, machine start-up, running, and shutdown procedures. The operator is responsible for ensuring all jobs meet customer and manufacturing specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards. Additionally, the position requires training and directing team members to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.
