Operator

Operators perform a variety of physical tasks to include operating the roller and other heavy equipment and machinery for applying asphalt products as defined by each job or project. The role involves controlling paving machine speed, depth, and alignment to achieve proper asphalt thickness and grade requirements while ensuring consistent paving quality. This position requires maintaining awareness of surrounding personnel and equipment to ensure a safe work environment and complying with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
