Operator

This position ensures safe and efficient operations in the fermentation and distillation areas of the facility by learning and operating the plant's processes and Distributed Control System (DCS). The role involves following standard operating procedures, monitoring production parameters, collecting samples, and maintaining accurate logs to ensure consistent product quality. The operator collaborates with maintenance and laboratory teams while adhering to all safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
