Operator

This full-time, fully remote overnight position is responsible for keeping client production environments running through system backups, report distribution, and continuous monitoring of system and application jobs. The role serves as first-line support for operational and security issues, performing limited troubleshooting and escalating errors to the designated programming team. The operator works independently on a fixed 4-day, 10-hour schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
