Operator

The Operator is responsible for running the folder gluer, including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. This role involves efficient make-ready cartons, accurate setup of folding and gluing operations, and minimizing waste of sheet stock and glue. The position requires monitoring adhesive application, maximizing equipment utilization, and adhering to production schedules. The operator must also comply with company policies, maintain safety standards, and proactively manage equipment maintenance.
