Operator

The Operator position is a physically demanding role involving day-to-day production operations for Metal Source, including furnace operations, skimming sow, stacking ingot, and operating mobile equipment. The role requires working 12-hour rotating shifts in extreme heat, cold, dust, and dirt conditions. The position demands regular attendance, adherence to lean production processes, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
