Ophthalmic Assistant

The Ophthalmic Assistant provides direct patient care in an eye clinic, supporting eye care providers during examinations and procedures. The role involves performing vision testing, documenting patient information, assisting with minor surgeries and laser treatments, and delivering patient education under the direction of the provider. The position works a full‑time, day‑shift schedule (M‑F, 8 am‑5 pm) in the St. Louis Eye Clinic.
