Ops - Food & Beverage

This role supports and manages hotel food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant and lounge, while collaborating with the Director of Food & Beverage and other departments. The position is responsible for short and long-term planning, budget development, and implementing strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment. The incumbent leads and coaches the team to achieve exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
