Optical Coating Engineering Technician

The Optical Coating Engineering Technician provides direct technical support to the Coating Manager, Process Technicians, and production coaters while contributing to the development of new products and implementation of coating process improvements. This role involves generating samples, conducting trials, performing product testing, and troubleshooting production coaters to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to support new technologies and maintain high-performance coating processes.
