Optical Engineer – Seeker Team

The role focuses on owning the performance of a missile seeker’s optical train, from design and prescription through build, alignment, testing, and qualification under high‑speed aerodynamic loads. The engineer will develop optical error budgets, design lenses and opto‑mechanics, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the optical subsystem meets stringent performance and environmental requirements.
