Fuku is a fast-casual “fine brining” restaurant founded in the East Village by Chef David Chang. The brand is built around bold, unfussy flavors and a simple ethos — “food should taste f*cking good” — with the OG Sando (their signature brined sandwich) as a marquee item. Fuku operates sit-down and takeout locations and offers online ordering, focusing on accessible, flavor-forward sandwiches and sides rather than formal dining.
