Optical Transport Operations Engineer 2

This role is an operations-focused technical position responsible for supporting day-to-day transport network activities for the Ciena 6500 Backbone Transport network. The engineer will handle scheduled and emergency maintenance, monitor network health, execute changes, and assist with service restorations within a large-scale fiber optic infrastructure. Success in this role requires strong operational discipline and the ability to troubleshoot complex transport systems in a production environment.
