Options Counselor

Liberty Healthcare is seeking a full-time Options Counselor to support the Kansas Aging and Disability Resource Center by providing person-centered planning and information about long-term care and community-based services. The role involves fielding inquiries, connecting individuals with appropriate resources, and documenting interactions to help older adults and people with disabilities live as independently as possible. This position is primarily remote with occasional travel throughout Southwest Kansas.
