About this role

This role involves taking end-to-end ownership of Vodafone’s Oracle Business Support Systems landscape, ensuring the stability, resilience, and availability of critical platforms like Siebel CRM, Oracle OSM, and Oracle BRM. The position requires leading technical recovery activities, governing problem management, and driving automation and DevOps transformation within the Application Operations and IT Operations teams. It serves as the principal customer contact for critical incidents and programmes, providing technical authority across operational excellence and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operation of Oracle BSS platforms ensuring availability and resilience
Govern problem management and drive automation across deployment and monitoring processes
Mentor L1 L2 and L3 support engineers and promote DevOps and SRE practices
