About this role

This role is a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead responsible for leading the transformation and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for large public and private sector organizations in New Zealand. The position requires designing end-to-end functional solutions, managing complex delivery programs, and guiding junior team members through to successful deployment. Candidates must possess deep expertise in workforce management processes and the ability to influence senior stakeholders directly.

Responsibilities

Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Cloud HCM workstreams
Manage client engagements and translate business requirements into solution designs
Shape high-level solution options and business outcomes during sales pursuits
Coach and mentor junior consultants while managing delivery risks and dependencies
Provide leadership in project governance forums and influence stakeholders at all levels
