About this role

As an Oracle Cloud Security Engineer, you will design and implement enterprise security architectures across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, managing identity, access, and vulnerability programs. The role requires deep technical expertise in OCI security services, cloud-native frameworks, and regulatory compliance to harden cloud workloads and lead incident response efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into engineered solutions while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining comprehensive security documentation.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise security architectures for OCI tenancies
Configure and operate identity domains and federation with corporate IdPs
Harden compute and database workloads using CIS benchmarks and security zones
Lead vulnerability management programs including image scanning and patching
Develop security automation tooling using Python and Terraform
