Oracle Finance Lead Functional Analyst

This role serves as an onsite liaison between the customer's application managers, QA lead, and offshore teams to translate business requirements into functional intent for Oracle Fusion Finance and integrated custom applications. The position involves guiding the offshore QA team, validating end-to-end business flows, and ensuring that testing scenarios accurately reflect business needs across Oracle and non-Oracle systems. The analyst will also monitor Oracle quarterly releases, assess their impact on existing processes, and develop risk-based regression testing strategies.
