A Senior Oracle Practice Lead in India, responsible for leading and scaling the Oracle Practice, ensuring delivery excellence across Oracle Fusion and OCI programs, and driving practice growth, presales leadership, capability development, and alliances with Oracle and ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

Build and scale a high-performing Oracle practice in line with business strategy
Define delivery frameworks, capability roadmap, and practice operations
Drive financial performance, utilization, and delivery readiness across teams
Oversee Oracle Fusion and OCI program delivery, ensuring standards and quality
Guide solution architecture, resolve escalations, and manage delivery risks
