Oracle Transformation Program Manager

The Oracle Transformation Program Manager leads the execution and coordination of Suffolk’s enterprise Oracle transformation portfolio, with immediate accountability for driving the Oracle HCM transformation through successful implementation, go-live, stabilization, and transition to ongoing operations. The role aligns internal business and technology teams, implementation partners, and executive stakeholders around scope, schedule, decisions, risks, dependencies, and business readiness. This leader provides high-level coordination across all Oracle initiatives and supports readiness for future Financial and Accounting transformation.
