About this role

Parsons is seeking an experienced ORAT Manager to lead operational readiness and airport transfer activities for a major airport project. This critical role ensures airfield assets are fully operational, safe, and compliant before transitioning from construction to live operations. The manager will coordinate complex interfaces between construction, systems, operations, and regulatory stakeholders to guarantee a seamless opening.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall airfield ORAT strategy and execution plan
Coordinate asset handover and operational manuals for airside and landside operations
Lead planning and execution of operational readiness activities and trials
Act as the primary ORAT interface between project teams, operators, and regulators
Ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulations

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or Operations ManagementPostgraduate qualification in Airport Management, Project Management, or Aviation (preferred)
