Order Expeditor

The Order Expeditor monitors and tracks in-house orders, prioritizing rush jobs and key account orders to ensure timely processing throughout the plant. This role involves locating orders to answer customer inquiries regarding status and shipping, as well as handling incoming shipments and resolving issues to facilitate timely delivery. The position requires close collaboration with the management team and Customer Service Representatives to maintain efficient workflow.
