Order Fulfilment Executive

This role focuses on managing machine rental movement transactions and ensuring the smooth execution of sales order processes, including order creation, delivery processing, and system updates. The position requires maintaining accurate records in SAP, coordinating with various stakeholders for timely order fulfilment, and supporting the Sales Development team with customer issue resolution. It serves as a single point of contact for customers regarding order status and inquiries while driving service quality improvements.
