An Order Processing and Sales Support Specialist who manages customer orders across the full order lifecycle while supporting sales through lead follow-up and outbound outreach. The role acts as an internal administrative liaison between sales, suppliers, logistics and fulfillment teams and is responsible for maintaining ERP data quality. It combines commercial and basic technical interactions with customers to ensure timely order release and contribute to new sales opportunities.
