The Order Management Administrator manages the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process for Carrier's UK & Ireland Applied HVAC business, acting as the primary post‑sale contact and ensuring accurate order entry, coordination with factories and suppliers, and proactive customer communication throughout delivery and invoicing. The role supports both standard and complex orders and assists with warranty, quality, and technical enquiries.
