Order Management Analyst

The Order Management Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for customer orders throughout the order lifecycle, ensuring accurate order entry, execution, communication, and invoicing. This role involves proactively resolving issues, coordinating schedule and order changes, and ensuring customer requirements, company policies, and financial objectives are met. The position requires collaboration with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and customers to support on-time delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
