About this role

This role supports and scales the Order to Cash function at OpenAI by managing the end-to-end order-to-invoice lifecycle for strategic commercial accounts. The position involves defining operating models, validating billing data, embedding automation, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure accurate revenue recognition and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operational readiness for new monetization launches
Validate and reconcile customer usage and billing data for strategic accounts
Scale work through BPO teams via workflow design and SOP development
Embed AI and automation into Order Management and Billing workflows
Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to measure operational throughput
